Shipping worldwide?

Yes, We ship worldwide from Hungary. Items will be shipped in 1-3 business days after purchase. We will send notification email when your package was shipped.

The products details always contain if Fedex is in the the price, you also can ask for Fedex delivery for small packages, usually 5-8 usd is the difference.

Payment

We accept PayPal payments.
Payment should be made within 2 business days. If it takes you longer, write me. Your items will be packaged and shipped only after the payment is cleared.

If you do not want or do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through PayPal via credit card or bank account.
To do so:
•Complete your Etsy checkout by clicking “Commit to Buy” button
•Click the large green “Pay Now” button on your Etsy invoice
•Click the “continue” link next to “Don’t have a PayPal account?” (left hand side of the PayPal payment screen)
•Enter your credit card or bank account information and proceed to checkout

How do I know that my order was shipped?

We will send you a shipping notification email with tracking informations.

Can I track my order?

To standard shipping we usually don’t provide tracking number, if you still want to receive your order as a registered mail, please contact us, for $4 fee we provide extra tracking for standard shipping.

To express shipping we always provide tracking number.

I didn’t receive my order. What to do now?

If you choose standard shipping:
Please write us only when 30 days are gone from your shipping notification date. We will discuss about resending.

If you choose Fedex shipping:
With express shipping you have to receive your order 1-5after your shipping notification email was sent. Please call local or the nearest FedEx office with the tracking number we sent.

Unknown/wrong addresses issues

Please make sure to provide your valid address in order to receive the shipment without any problem. In case of the items get sent back (with “address unknown” or similar reasons) we have to charge additional shipping cost to resend it.

If your items are shipped with express courier and we have to change your shipping address because you provided wrong address we have to apply an additional 9 USD fee, which is not refundable if you later choose to return items.

Fees, taxes, duties

International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. We are not responsible for any additional charges.
